Steps to Follow for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that we can only accept your intent to withdraw in written form!

The arrival date of your letter regarding your intention to withdraw is decisive. If we receive your letter/email within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, our representatives will consider it a valid withdrawal. If it arrives beyond 14 days, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

If you wish to return the package, you must cover the return shipping costs according to applicable law.
When returning the package, you can choose your own courier, or you can also indicate to us that you require delivery from us. If you require return shipping from us, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount, while if you use your own courier, you will have to pay the courier.
If you choose your own courier, we cannot be responsible for the returned package, but if you use us to deliver, we guarantee safety!

After receiving the product, our company will refund the gross amount of the purchase, including the original delivery fee.
